This copy is in excellent condition for it’s age! This is the 12th cook booklet from Good housekeeping’s series of 20 cookbooks published in 1958. I was lucky enough to find the entire binder of this series, so I have extras to sell.

Egg and Cheese, Spaghetti and Rice Dishes is yet another fun little cook booklet from Good Housekeeping. As usual, it is filled with tasty to down-right interesting recipes, as well as wild food photography, and very cool illustrations. As the name implies, you can guess what kind of recipes are in here.  There are also fondue and souffle recipes for a bit of retro goodness.
