And today’s vintage cookbook is… The Sealtest Food Adviser, Fall 1942, published by Sealtest, Inc. Excellent cover photo!  What a cute father and daughter… well, I hope it is her father otherwise that look on his face is kind of worrisome.

This is another fine little recipe booklet from Sealtest Dairy Products and contain some great photos, and cool fonts, and recipes too!  Mmm… Liver & Ham Loaf!  You know… that is actually the weirdest sounding recipe in here, how bizarre.

This edition has a fairly overt war tone.  A little war bonds ad here, their own ad on the back cover “Sure it’s a FIGHTING MILK,” and as you’ll see in my next post, more about the war.
