Big Boy – America’s Most popular Barbecue Book – Shows how easy it is to cook on a Spit or Grill. My copy is the Tenth Printing, published  in 1963 by Tested Recipe Institute, Inc.  This is from a series of cookbooks designed to be sold (or given) to owners of Big Boy grills.

This is a classic vintage cookbook!  It has great photos, very cool spot illustrations, recipes that actually sound appealing (for the most part), and provides solid information on how to grill a wide variety of things.
