A 16 page classic from 1958, published by PET Milk, Co.  ”starring Light-Lucious Low-calorie Whipped Topping and Desserts.”  PET Milk Co. may be remembered for its instant nonfat dry milk… “the modern beverage for folks who want the fun of feeling good!”  Wow, quite a statement!

This retro cookbook has some nice illustrations, basic photography of the time, and interesting recipes.  Saucy Fish Fillets includes fish (frozen & thawed and not fresh I guess), with mushroom soup, PET instant milk, curry powder, tomato paste, and onion.  Saucy!  (blah!)  The Mocha Loaf Cake sounds okay, if you use real coffee instead of instant, and real milk instead of… instant.
