Sunset Barbeque Cook Book - How to Barbeque • Tested Recipes and Menus, published in 1959 by Sunset Magazine. This is a vintage cookbook of fantastic design! It is filled with nice instructional photos as well as some great illustrations. And as you can see, the page design is unique and nicely designed.

The book is filled with recipes for beef, lamb, pork, seafood, and fowl (including duck, pheasant, quail, goose, squab, and of course chicken, and turkey).  It also has recipes for breads, casseroles, vegetables and fruits, and more!

There are also tips for shopping for barbeque meats, broiling on the grill, roasting on the spit, skewer cooking, smoke cooking, firepit cooking and more.

This is definitely a classic—great design, illustrations and photos, and great looking recipes!
